Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing you with fresh, made-to-order baked goods, and we take great care in every item we create. Because of the perishable nature of our products and the care involved in preparing them, we have the following refund guidelines in place:

Freshness & Quality 

Our products are perishable and baked specifically for your order. To maintain the highest standards of freshness and reduce waste, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Taste & Preference  

We understand that taste is personal. While we strive to create delicious treats for every palate, we’re not able to offer refunds based on individual preferences regarding flavor or texture.

Damaged or Defective Items  

If you believe your item is damaged or not up to our usual standards upon pickup or delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations  

Custom Orders: To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date.  


Standard Orders: Once a standard order has been placed, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or refund it.

Missed Pickups or Deliveries

We’re unable to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up or delivered as scheduled. We recommend double-checking your pickup time or delivery arrangements to avoid any issues.

Store Credit 

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may be able to offer store credit in lieu of a refund.
